🦋 Meditation ~ Breathwork ~ Silent Hike 🦋
Soul Medicine Nature Therapy is a monthly Soul Medicine Community event for those seeking peace of mind, emotional healing and deeper spiritual connection. We meet at a park or natural area in the DFW metroplex for a grounding meditation, breathwork and silent hike. Please bring a water bottle or canteen. Sunscreen, insect repellent and appropriate clothing/shoes are recommended.
We will meet in the Greer Island parking area for an easy 1.5 mile hike. A $6 entry fee is due upon arrival and is paid at the nature center gatehouse. Entry fee is not included in the ticket price of this event.
