Service Description

A mind melting 90 minute Ayurvedic healing experience which focuses on the head, face and feet. This rejuvenating session includes a detoxifying foot rub, facial marma point activation, karna purna for ears and nasya treatment for nose/sinuses. In Karna Purna the ears are filled with warm oil. The delicate filaments of the ear canal are lubricated, impurities are removed and hearing improved. Nasyam is the application of Nasya oil drops in the nose to reduce waste products from the head, nose and throat. Nasya oil improves sinus conditions, treats allergies and relieves headaches. Shirodhara consists of a thin thread of warm, herb infused oil being gently poured over the forehead and scalp. Shirodhara relaxes and calms the mind, balances the nervous system, relieves stress and improves mental clarity.
