The Simply Shirodhara Session is an Ayurvedic treatment which involves a continuous stream of warm, herb infused oil being gently poured over the forehead and scalp. Shirodhara calms the mind, balances the nervous system and improves mental clarity, cognitive function and sleep quality. It also stimulates hair growth.

Cancellation Policy

Please contact me at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule an appointment. There are NO REFUNDS for cancellations. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled service your appointment will be rescheduled.
